I was very pleased with the way in which my sales executive handled the transaction. He had dreadful problems loading the My BMW App and this may have been because I also own a Mini and there may have been a conflict. He went the extra mile to help.

Hi, not particularly happy about the service experience this time. The engineer supposed to fix the brake light, but the cover is left in the truck without putting back, and the plastic clip for the cover is broken.

I felt the staff member provided me with false information to try and justify their position. For example your guy said I shouldn't fill my washer fluid up with premixed as it can block the pipes! So unipart sell a product not for purpose then?

I brought my car for service and it was done but the service light came up after 3 months. I brought it back and they promised to reset the light but it didn't work. I had to book for the service to be done by another company.

Rang up 4 times to find out if my car was ready. First time got a reply but the man dealing with my car was with another client, but was assured that I would get a phone call back. After 2 hours no call tried 3 times more no answer.

I am very unsatisfied. I was humiliated and blackmailed that until i dont pay 150 pounds they wont let me take my car. I didnt even get the problem fixed. Only charging me 150 pounds for confirming an issue that i already knew is there .
