Great care was taken to make sure we understood how the car worked (it's my first Hybrid) and because she knew I was travelling the day after picking it up, it had a tank of petrol and full charge

Discussion of car options, purchase terms, delivery schedule very clear. Car arrived two weeks earlier than expected delivery date provided at time of order. Sales representative very helpful at all times and provided excellent guidance.

I booked my car in for MOT and there were a few issues with my car that needed to be fixed. Mitchell Watts was very nice and friendly! As I don't know much about cars, it really helps to have a patient staff member answer all my questions.

The staff there are friendly and give a warm welcome. From booking the car in to completing the service the experience was seamless. I might add I prefer to use the supplying dealer so traveled a distance, the staff were aware and got me on my way!

Just one comment: The video review of the underside of the car was very helpful, but the service engineer spoke very quickly and I could not always understand what he was saying, particularly in relation to the brake disks and pads.
