Despite being short-staffed on the day, the BMW Centre provided a good experience. I appreciated the regular updates on the progress, which kept me informed. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Perfectly happy. A couple of issues on both sides, eg we had to wait for my funds to arrive before proceeding, but all sorted out amicably. The car arrived a few weeks earlier than predicted, which is good.
