The garage did what they could to minimize the inconvenience, but I was surprised to hear that they didn't have in stock the right tyre to fit my car.

Disappointed with the communication and appointments not being confirmed. But overall, it ended well. My queries were resolved, but definitely BMW should look into being transparent of charges and what exactly they are going to do.

Spent twice as long as previously advised for the work to be done, in the end had to go home with a pool car, then when our car was delivered home the bike rack as a 2 bike not 3 bike as ordered. Also, the front sensors and cruise control dont work.
