Nothing is too much when dealing with Charles. He goes way above and beyond. You can see he genuinely cares. Anyone I know I always recommend Berry Croydon and specifically Charles.

Carl was very professional and kept me fully informed and understood plus advised me on the warranty issue with condensation in my rear light cluster. He explained how warranty claims worked and listened to my dissatisfaction on build quality issue.

Berry Thames Ditton given a good customer service but there is no courtesy car if I want to leave my car in service and return later that day so I had to wait for three hours on site

Airbag recall by BMW. Staff quickly examined my car after arrival and determined that no remedial work was required. I just had time for a quick coffee before driving home again.

I asked politely about the air pressure sign on my dashboard but the person dealing with me kept on tryna sell me a diagnostics and £80 module. All I asked was if tyre pressure could be checked and reset on the dashboard. I believe its simple enough.
