It was done diagnostic on my car and cost was £150 they found what was fault on the car. Car giant is covering my car. So it was realy helpful feom BMW and they didn't even charge me £150 for diagnostic.I get car back washed inside and out. Excellent

absolutely shocked to see it will cost over £300 to change a battery to clear an emergency assistance error on the dashboard. A crazy design flaw to have the battery buried in the roof lining.

The service I have received to date has been excellent. Those I have dealt with, these principally being Ashley, Jordan, Chuch and Morad with support from Mitch and Karis, have been friendly, helpful, clear and responsive, though the work is ongoing.

As a highly reputable BMW dealership one would expect a much higher standard of accuracy in the servicing and checks on a car. In comparison the customer care staff were very polite and respectful and clearly concerned and embarrassed by the error.

The service was good but to recomend that I spend over £200 to replace a 60 pence light bulb was excessive. Poor communication. I was advised it would be ready to collect at about 10am. I then got a call advising me it would not be ready until 3.30pm

Quite irritating to receive a DVLA vehicle tax and MOT reminder a week after the service. I hadn't appreciated an MOT was due and it would ah even excellent service if BMW had spotted that! Otherwise it was all perfect

I was very limited on time available. Shirin Shah arrange for me to come in early, have the work done whilst I waited. I arrived at 7.30 and was home by 9.30 allowing me to attend some business critical meetings.

When I checked in, I was told that the wait would probably be two hours, and definitely not more than 2.5. Eventually, after 3.5 hours, I asked how much longer it was likely to be, and at that point it was chased up and then came quite quickly.

Very simple; just make a call, and they will schedule your appointment within the week. The staff is attentive both over the phone and in person. After inspecting your vehicle, a diagnostic video is sent, followed by a phone call from the advisor.

I had wanted an MOT at same time but was told no time for that despite the video containing most of the checks that an MOT would entail like tyre wear etc? This was inconvenient as I had to then go to another garage for this.
