Vastly improved since my last service
This was my first visit to Berry's, I found the staff friendly and professional the reception area was very clean and Covid friendly, which is very important to me, and with this welcome I was confident my car was in safe hands. It was.
My car had a health check and I find this very reassuring and feel safe to drive. A short video showing and commenting on the checks from the technician which was great, completely satisfied.
Really impressed, my only sadness was the fact that you were unable to clean my car inside and out because of COVID, this really is a lovely treat.
I was able to make my booking instantly at a time and date that suited me. They listened to me and rectified the issue.
They were genuinely concerned with my issues and resolved very swiftly

I was very pleased with the service I received. However the car was not cleaned, apparently due to covid. But during the same period my other BMW went to coopers cobham and during the service they were still able to Valet the car.

I would have liked my car to be washed (at least on the outside). I understand the constraints covid wise on the inside of the vehicle but there is no harm doing the exterior.

I would like the collection and delivery service to come back and the car washing when in for service.
All was fine. I was phoned mid-afternoon to tell me the car was ready for collection, and one aspect I did like was seeing a brief video clip with comments from the mechanic who performed the MOT. A good idea!
My overall experience at Berry Thames Ditton was one of a total professional experience and at the top of that professional experience was Jen in mini service reception who goes over and beyond what you would expect from Berry BMW, kept me updated.
It is a pity that the car is no longer washed after servicing and that the collection and delvery from home is not available. I hope these options will return after Covid
Generally, the service centre is good
W had a very inconvenient problem - the boot would not open and the windows would not shut. I drove straight to Berry Thames Ditton where Vicky was extremely helpful. She quickly got a technician who was able to open the boot and shut the windows.
Completed the warranty work required without issue.

The company recall for my vehicle was very straight forward, customer service and communication was great.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the work was completed without fuss. I particularly liked the short video, which I shared with my three-year-old grandson, much to his delight.

Fast and friendly service
The purchase and delivery was really efficient. As there were lockdown restrictions, it did not stop Sam going above and beyond being helpful and making everything go very smoothly. Doing so much virtually rather than in person worked well too.
I was able to order a car to my personal specification and arrange delivery within eight weeks.
Again helpful advice from Glen the Motability adviser. He gave me a helpful tour of the car and helped set up my BMW for me
