The new owners of Berry Thames Ditton are a huge improvement over Cooper! So glad to not have to use Cooper anymore. Fast to book an appointment, they had a slot available in a reasonable amount of time and drop off and pick up was quick and easy.
Reception as always very helpful and welcoming, similarly the service team.
Work was carried out quickly & efficiently. I had a loose connection with the left indicator on my M2 Competition and not only was the unit replaced under warranty but they also replaced the right unit aswell .
Great showroom and service. Helpful staff. My car was done by afternoon, updates via phone and emails received throughout the service. No delay. Amazing! Thank you for your hard work!
